I’m Nathan Esposito, a Customer Success and post-sale operations leader. I’ve designed and scaled CS functions inside B2B SaaS companies—building health models, running business reviews, managing renewals, and taking part in executive reviews where the data had to hold up.
I built CS Ramp from that experience. The thinking here connects lifecycle ownership, account signals, renewal preparation, and the conversations that turn them into action.
I know how much judgment sits inside an apparently simple decision: what counts as first value, which health inputs matter, or what belongs in an executive review.
That is what I want to make visible here.
